Synopsis for 1st story
Thomas, the convict in prison for "tax fraud" has cornered Andrea with a knife and intends to cut her head off. She manages to escape and run outside for help with him chasing her. Rick tackles him and literally punches him so hard that it breaks his hand. He starts to go a little overboard, laying down the edict that if you kill, you die. Rick decides that as punishment for murdering the two girls, Thomas will be hung.
