    • I've been working out a lot and getting something called newbie gains lol. I'm going to keep pushing it until i reach where I wanna be. I've always been skinny and I decided I wanted to do something about it.

    • Depends on how serious you are and your goals. I was doing 2-a-days for six week cycles and really liked creatine and no-explode. You have to be eating the body builder diet for it to be valuable

    • the eating part is painful too lol. I eat 2500 a day because i only needed 2250 to maintain my weight. I do my measurement at the end of each week and weight too. From there, I use a calculator to find my body fat percentage which is about 14% at the moment. With regards to nutrition, I eat fruits, vegatables, pasta, not too much meat because it can heighten your cholestrol and stuff. I've gained about 18 pounds in the courses of 6 months. The first 4 months, I was eating junk food and not even keeping track of all that and I saw I got bigger, but gained more fat than I wanted. That's when I started to eat smarter and train smarter too.
