Synopsis for "Endgame"
Spawn snags a dealer off the street. He threatens him to give him information about Cyan Fitzgerald's kidnapping. The thugs admits it was Tony Twist who orchestrated it.
Mafia members break into the house and find Billy Kincaid has snuck into the office and is stealing Cyan. Kincaid quickly kills the Mafia members and escorts Cyan out. In his dying breath, a Mafia member calls Tony to tell him what happened.
Senator Scott McMillan is dropped off by the wharf where a helicopter flies in. Chapel and Jason Wynn step out. Wynn tells him something isn't right. He tells him that his son, Kincaid, has gone on yet another rampage, and he's messing with his plans. Wynn asks him who sent Kincaid and McMillan tells him he's innocent. Wynn walks off and knows there's another player in the game and he needs to figure out who it is. Chapel tells him he'll hunt down the killer and find the stolen weapons.[1]
Wanda Blake and Terry Fitzgerald talk with officers about the kidnapping. Wanda realizes that she defended an accused child-killer and thinks now someone is out to get her for it.
Spawn stops by and threatens Twist. He holds him out the window of a high-rise and Twist tells him Cyan was stolen from them. Some freak in an ice-cream truck took her.
Sam Burke and Twitch Williams crack the case after listening to some recorded phone conversations. They find McMillan and an unknown person, Wynn, had secret conversations. They found the alley murder of Stevens, was due to a secret recording. The recording has McMillan tied to Kincaid and they realize McMillan was covering for his murderous son. Stevens planned on selling the story to the Washington Post but was murdered in the alley.
The police head to stop Billy Kincaid, but Spawn beats them to the punch. During the struggle, a fire breaks out int he house and Billy Kincaid grabs Cyan and jumps into his ice cream truck. The police arrive just in time to see the truck and chase Kincaid.
Spawn jumps on top of the Ice Cream truck as it heads towards his church that he frequently sits on. Spawn punches through the roof and spins the steering wheel to knock the vehicle over into his alleyways. Kincaid grabs Cyan and disappears into the darkness as Spawn searches for him.
The police arrive and setup a blockade as Spawn confronts Billy in the alley. Spawn's suit grabs Billy as he holds him close and considers killing him. Against hell and the Clown's desires, he throws him down and doesn't kill Billy.
The Clown walks down and shoots Billy in the head for not completing his task. He turns on Spawn, furious that he didn't kill Billy and transforms into his true Violator form.
Spawn kneels down and consoles Cyan. He tells her to run to her mommy and promises she'll be alright as he hands her his wedding ring.
Cyan walks out to Wanda and gives her the ring. Wanda is in shock and asks where she got the ring, and Cyan replies, "the sad man."

Trivia
- During the scene in the alleyway with Billy and Spawn, Billy is holding Cyan under his left arm and has a knife in his right hand, however, at one point during the same scene, Cyan is under Billy's right arm and the knife is in Billy's left hand.
