Tracy Lee Cobb is a serial killer who works as a sous chef for an illegal chicken restaurant. He was wanted for the murder of several murders and was brought down when Tony Chu ate at his restaurant and used his Cibopathic skills to solve the murders.
When Tony and his partner, John Colby went into the kitchen to arrest him, Cobb threw a meat clever and hit Colby in the face causing him to loose his left eye.[1]
Cobb ran out into the alley but was confronted by Tony Chu, but refused to name all of his victims in his murder spree and then shot himself to prevent his capture. Angry with the murderer for his selfishness, Tony ate part of his face off in order to obtain the information with his cibopathic skills.
