History
The Vatican Secret Police, or VSP, are the world's most dangerous and powerful organizations. They hunted Tony Twist and his Mafia because they unknowingly were housing a member of the Order of the Knights Templar, Vincent D'Egallo. Vincent was planning on converting the current Hellspawn, Albert Simmons, to the path of God. The VSP pretended to come to America in the guise of revenge for Twist losing Overtkill and wiped out almost all of Tony's resources and men before ultimately achieving their goal of murdering Vincent.[1]
