Synopsis for 1st story
Warfare flies toward Moscow with Vogue as Stroika hovers over Red Square with Redblood, proclaims himself Russia’s new leader, and threatens to kill anyone who does not support him. Vogue and Warfare arrive and attack. She knocks Stroika to the ground while her brother takes on Redblood. Blight assaults Warfare with his power to transmit disease by touch. Vogue retaliates by severing Blight’s hands with her sword. Stroika reveals he has planted a nuclear warhead in a nearby clocktower, and set it to explode in 60 seconds. Blight begs for his help, but Stroika incinerates him with an energy blast and flies away. Vogue and Warfare rush to disarm the bomb but cannot, and Moscow is seemingly vaporized in the ensuing explosion. Stroika returns to his Chernobyl lab but is shocked when Vogue and Warfare burst through the wall. Vogue explains that Warfare was able to use his powers to absorb the nuclear blast and redirect it as pure light, saving Moscow. Infuriated, Stroika reveals he has taken their mother captive and threatens to kill her. Warfare blasts Stroika away from their mother, and Vogue impales him with her sword, killing him. Later, at a Russian airbase, Vogue informs her mother and brother she is still a wanted defector in Russia and so must leave. They say goodbye, and Vogue cries as she flies away in a Youngblood jet.
