Synopsis for "Shark Attack"

During spring break, at the Whiz Kids' clubhouse, Jerry told his teammates about Moray's invitation to spend spring break at her beach house in Florida. The team went to Manta Beach in Florida, where they were reunited with Moray, who let them sleep at her house. Then, the team decided to have a beach party. Cyclone and Moray had a brief conversation before being interrupted by the Aquamarine. Galahad prevented Cyclone and Aquamarine from fighting before the team was alerted to a black shark attack. After Cyclone was attacked in the water, Thunder Girl pulled him out and realized that there was motor oil on the shark.

The team followed searched for the black shark on Moray's boat, while Cyclone searched a boathouse for diving gear, while encountering Aquamarine. Jerry allowed the black shark to bite him and drag him into the water, eventually to the lost undersea city of Atlanta, where he met the Great Black Shark, who was actually Johnny Reed, the militant black leader. Reed revealed that he was using mechanical sharks to bring slaves to his plantation in Atlanta, "returning the favor" after his forefathers were kidnapped and brought to America.

Meanwhile, Thunder Girl and Moray fought the mechanical sharks before Cyclone joined them and went with them to Atlanta and saw Galahad as the field's "scarecrow" before he was able to break free. Great Black Shark was alerted when Galahad started freeing the slaves and the Whiz Kids arriving, so he activated a switch that caused the city to self destruct, with the intent to kill himself and all others. The team and the slaves escaped the destruction in Aquamarine's sub and returned to the surface, where Galahad and Cyclone thanked him.

Synopsis for "Death in the Air"

Going along with Cyclone's plan, Hot Pink, Black Power, and She-Borg waited inside the Statue of Liberty for a man who claimed that he would destroy it. Then, the Whizzards spotted Nemo sailing towards them on the Nautilus. Nemo announced that he would destroy the Statue of Liberty due to not being paid ten million dollars by the city. As Nemo fired torpedoes, Hot Pink deviated from Cyclone's plan and attempted to stop them. The team went out to intercept three missiles to stop them from hitting the statue. The girls destroyed one before Hot Pink used her heat signature to lead another to the Nautilus, destroying it. However, Nemo escaped Hot Pink's grasp.

Afterwards, Cyclone lashed out at Hot Pink for deviating from his plan, leading her to quit the team. Then, the remaining members were phoned by Totem and visited the hospital, where Galahad, the RTA, and Knights of Justice also joined them. Hot Pink, who came to clear out her belongings, and Gargoyla saw the other heroes salute a dying Bubbles the Chimp, who the Whizzards and RTA credited with helping them. Cyclone told Bubbles that he would find Moray, moments before the chimp died. In a nearby room, Hot Pink asked Totem if he was a shaman before Cyclone called a meeting.

During the meeting, in which former members Thunder Girl and Galahad also attended, Cyclone announced that he would be stepping down and nominated Hot Pink to replace him as a member and She-Borg as leader, while he searched for Moray.

Trivia
