- Even though this version of Voodoo isn't an exotic dancer, this episode gives it a family-friendly nod by stating that Pris went to a dance school.
- The president resembles Dan Quayle as he appeared in the first WildC.A.T.s arc and is possessed by a Daemonite like him. It's either a coincidence, or the TV series happens in a world where Quayle became president.
- The Kitaens' graves have no first names, just "Father" and "Mother".
