History

William Westmoreland is a general in the United States army and took over the Manhattan Projects operation when ordered by John F. Kennedy. Westmoreland is a man's man and doesn't like the wimpy way out. He wears a necklace of ears made out of the people he's killed over the years.

When Westmoreland initially shutdown the Manhattan Project, he was following blind orders by the president. When he was attacked by an alien and barely survived, he quickly saw value in what General Leslie Groves was researching with the Manhattan Projects.

When their research became stifled by invading US. Troops ordered to watch over them. Westmoreland and Groves teamed up to assassinate Kennedy and find breathing room under the new leadership of Lyndon B. Johnson.
